Goal Events
Setting a Goal Event is an important 'exercise' because it gives us a target upon which to focus and reinforces a positive mental attitude toward exercise and weight loss.  Your goal event can be a life-changing experience, especially if you've never experienced the rewards of athletic accomplishment.  That's why as a Fitness Bootcamper you are expected to set an athletic goal for yourself. 

Don't be afraid....you CAN do it and we will help you!
