FITNESS BOOTCAMPS and BOOT(y)CAMPS are group programs offered through local park and recreation departments or custom-designed for your private group of 15 or more participants.
Both programs incorporate Resistance Exercise, Cardio Training, and Sound Nutrition principles in a high-intensity environment. While Fitness Bootcamp is a terrific generalized, full-body training program, Boot(y)camps focus on a specific body part or goal like: a Beautiful Butt, Amazing Abs, or the perfect Beach Body.

POWER PILATES was designed to bring a gentle yet challenging workout to the lineup at LDC Training. This program is great for beginners or those unable to perform high intensity training. Power Pilates is also a wonderful way to add flexibility and focus to your workout regimen.
PRIVATE TRAINING gives our clients the option to benefit from any of our programs in the setting of our exclusive training center, your home or office, or anyplace you feel comfortable training.
