All Fitness Bootcamps incorporate three tenets of lifelong fitness: Nutritional Awareness, Cardio Training, and Resistance Exercise. When these three things are in balance, your body will be in its optimum state. When they are not in balance you have obesity, heart disease, depression and a myriad of other issues which affect your wellness and quality of life.
Although challenging, Fitness Bootcamps are designed to suit all ages and levels of fitness as each participant is guided to participate at the intensity which best suits their current level of health and fitness.

Registration for this class is administered through the Town of Apple Valley Park and Recreation Department. Internet registration is currently not available. Participants must register via postal mail, walk-in, or drop-box on site.
Private Fitness Bootcamps are custom-designed to meet the needs of your group of 15 or more participants. You decide when and where class meets and we do the rest. Prices start at $49 per person or $735 group flat rate.
