Other Fitness Bootcamp Sessions

BRIDGE SESSIONS fill the gap when a city-sponsored Fitness Bootcamp does not run back to back.  This occurs as a result of differences between the city schedule and our company calendar.  At LDC Training we understand the importance of maintaining a regular fitness routine so we custom-design each bridge session to keep you on track toward your ultimate fitness goal.  Presented as an abbreviated, private group class, the bridge session is offered without benefit of the park and recreation department’s registration assistance, advertising, or facility use. 

Most bridge sessions will be held at the same location and time as your regular Fitness Bootcamp.  To register for your Fitness Bootcamp Bridge Session, please click the appropriate link below:


OVERFLOW SESSIONS are scheduled when popular, city-sponsored classes reach maximum capacity and the city is unable to initiate an additional class.  When this happens, LDC Training schedules a Private Fitness Bootcamp to run as closely to the original class as possible.  This allows bootcampers to continue or start their training without waiting seven weeks for the next session to start. Overflow classes which prove to be popular are added to the city-sponsored class schedule as soon as possible.  Registration for these sessions is done directly through LDC Training by clicking on the appropriate link below.
