Fitness Bootcamp BRIDGE Session
A BRIDGE session fills the gap when a city-sponsored Fitness Bootcamp does not run back to back.  This occurs as a result of differences between the city schedule and our company calendar.  At LDC Training we understand the importance of maintaining a regular fitness routine so we custom-design each bridge session to keep you on track toward your ultimate fitness goal.  Presented as an abbreviated, private group class, the bridge session is offered without benefit of the park and recreation department’s registration assistance, advertising, or facility use.
