 This is a 4-hour seminar taught by LDC Training President, Lori Cooper and 
LDC trainer and trained chef, John Espinosa. 
We will discuss and demonstrate how to incorporate quick and healthy recipes into your
daily life to get the most from your fitness routine. 

Food is the key to losing weight, fueling
endurance, and, in many cases, healing common medical problems.

The program will include a cooking demo and tips for preparing and
packaging food for successful weight loss and healthy calorie maintenance.
