Weekend Workouts!

Have you ever wondered how your trainer stays in shape? 
Well, here's your chance to find out! 

Come along and workout with us during our Weekend Workouts. We will RUN, RIDE, HIKE, SWIM, and participate in a number of other physically challenging events. 

Current Fitness Bootcampers are FREE and others are only $5.  We will cover a brief Fit Topic and monitor your progress during this unique opportunity of inspiration and motivation. 


Weekend Workout  Friday July 30th   8am SHARP!


Join Lori and Cheryl Z. on the second half of our 60-mile ride to the mountains.  This will be a 36-mile round trip cycling session from Phelan to Wrightwood.  This ride is NOT for the faint of heart as it will involve over 3000' of elevation gain over the course of 18miles.  Of course the return trip will be super FAST=FUN!   

This is a section training ride for a future 60-mile course which will span from Hesperia to Wrightwood.  See the Our Events page under the About Us page of this website for course profile and updates.

e will be riding at pace and all bootcampers and guests are welcome to join but please note that we will not be staying in a group unless you have experience in a pace line and plan to maintain our speed (whether that's faster or slower than yours.)
