Due to the nature of our business and the time commitment we provide when scheduling training, we adhere to a strict policy of NO REFUNDS once a group program has commenced. This is due to the fact that time is not refundable. Refunds prior to commencement of a class are administered according to the policy/contract for that program. Occasionally, an entire class must be cancelled due to weather or trainer illness. In this event, LDC Training will offer a makeup day to best suit the group. No makeups are offered for holidays or individual client absence.
Personal training clients who are unable to attend a scheduled apointment should call at least 24 hours in advance to re-schedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to an appointment may be assessed a re-scheduling fee at the discretion of LDC Training. 'No Shows' (clients who miss an appointment and do not call) will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment.
