At LDC Training our mission is to promote health and fitness by providing the highest quality training to a diverse clientele of individuals and groups.  All our programs are custom-designed and prices are based on a number of factors which makes each offering unique and compelling.  The following list is an EXAMPLE of what you might expect to pay for one or more of our programs. 


 
 
 
Weekly Fitness Bootcamps     (2x per week)            $49-99+ per person
2-Day Fitness Seminars          (up to 16 hrs)           $199+ per person
Weekend Workshops              (4-6 hrs)                  $99+ per person
1-on-1 Personal Training         (hourly)                   $50+ per hour
