Mr. West is an accomplished athlete who has competed in various events since childhood. His broad range of experience includes Cycling (MTB, Road, and BMX), Running and Ultra-Running (5k-50miles), Watersports (Wakeboarding, Kayaking, and JetSkiing, FastPacking, Motorcross and Off-Road Racing. Todd has long-studied endurance training and understands not only the physical aspects of goal attainment but the nutritional requirements which accompany any endurance event. His specialty is designing custom programs and formulas for athletes who require a high level of attention to detail in their fitness program (i.e. BMR calculations, fueling requirements, weight to performance ratios, etc..)
Sometimes training requires focussing in different directions. For the last two years, Todd's focus has been on motorsports and his part as co-driver on the 1730 Jeepspeed team.
We've used the opportunity to turn our focus on adding a Fitness for Motorsports program.
